Job Description
• Making some documents related to export and shipping Ex Certificate of Origin form and other export and shipping document • Making some documents related to sales activity • Respond to customer inquire via mail and call • Communicate with supplier about the products and get their requirement • Other duties assigned by Assistant Manager and Manager Working Hour: 7:30-16:15 (Saturday Working maybe)
Job Requirement
• Age 25-32 years • Female only • Bachelor's degrees in any field • Have working experience at least 2 years about Sale-co, Export staff, Customer service from any manufacturing industry • Must have working experience of Export document and Certificate of Origin form • Conversational low-middle level of English (All document is English) • Able to use MS Office • Able to work immediately is preferable
