Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage team to contribute, monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with Sales. - Identify and manage the team targets. Improve department operation and Standard. - Collect & Keep margin reduction document and make analysis report by quarter. - Oversee team in support Sales to operate document (Quotation & Contract signed) - Oversee Tracking, record and process Fine Ticket management operation. - Oversee process RPA( Robotic Process Automation) for Fine Ticket, M-Flow and Delay Payment. - Manage document control, review document details and submit documentation related to Sales department process into Document management system. - Managing M-Flow penalty charge received for the company - Work closely with relevant parties regarding documents submission e.g., lease agreement, payment confirmation letter, credit investigation, request order, purchase order, confirmation letter, and other related documents. - Oversee and motivate team members to achieve the individual and team target. - Summarize and report issues that occurred and may affect the target to relevant parties on a regular basis.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 10 years in Sales, Sales Administrative, Sales planning, Sales Data analyst - Have at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role (with subordinates) - Advance in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel are a must. - Con high to Business level in English, use for meeting and presentation with Japanese Management <Personality> - Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and achieve Target/KPI. - Strong passion and highly driven to achieve targets. - Ownership mindset and profitability management. - Leadership and able to mentoring and coaching team members. - Excellence communication skill. - Have good management skills to manage team and all assignment. - Have analysis skills and logical thinking. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Automotive / leasing business would be preferable.
