<Job Responsibilities>
As a sales & admin, this position is responsible for providing HRM consulting services to maintain good relationships with clients and back office support.
<Details>
(1) Sales (60–70%)
- Communicate with existing clients (e.g., sending information about upcoming training sessions, confirming participation, etc.)
- Provide operational support during training sessions (e.g., observing sessions, preparing materials, assisting participants)
- Attend training as observer
- Other assigned tasks
Note: This role does not involve approaching new clients. Focus is on maintaining and supporting existing customer relationships.
(2) Back Office Operations (30–40%)
- Issue invoices to clients and confirm payments
- Handle internal expense payments and reimbursements
- Coordinate with external accounting firm (e.g., sending receipts, requesting preparation of financial statements)
- Manage visa and work permit renewals for Japanese staff (liaising with external service providers)
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any filed
- Working experience in any filed *Fresh graduates welcome
- Business level of Japanese (For high communication with Japanese MD and stakeholders)
- Be cooperative with team members
<Preferable Skill/Experience>
- Working experience in training field
- Fluent level of Japanese
- Experience of foreign study in Japan
