Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support daily operations by managing data, tracking performance, and preparing regular reports - Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems - To do other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - At least 2 years of experience in Sales Assistant, Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator - Ability to analyse data and improve work processes through automation and digital tools - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external, emails, and documents - Conversational high in Japanese (N3 or above) for communication within the internal and Headquarters - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF functions, Formula, data analysis, and reporting <Details> - Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines. - Able to multitask skills. - Good communication/coordinator skill - Service-minded attitude. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation is highly preferred - Semiconductor business is an advantage.
