Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Accurately record and maintain all document transactions in the company’s
operating system, including purchase and sales records, in compliance
with internal procedures
- Prepare draft Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) with accuracy
and completeness for review and approval.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth document flow
timely processing, and proper communication.
- Control, organize, and maintain documentation to ensure correctness, traceability,
and compliance with company policies and internal control requirements.
- Distribute reviewed and approved documents to the relevant departments
in a timely manner and in accordance with established procedures.
- Support internal control processes by ensuring proper documentation handling record accuracy, and adherence to operational standards.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Candidate A or B can apply
- A : Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management with internsip experience in related fields can apply (Please attached transript for consideration)
- B : At least 1 year of working experience in documentation, administrative support, sales coordination
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Conversation High Level in English communication skills (reading and writing) for handling documents and internal communication.

- Ability to accurately record, organize, and maintain documents in accordance
with company policies and internal control requirements.
- Good coordination and communication skills to effectively work with
internal departments.
-Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality
in handling company documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures.
- Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
