Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle import and export documentation. - Prepare and process documents using ERP system such as tax invoices, billing documents, delivery orders (DI), insurance claims, and expense clearance. - Prepare delivery pricing, control costs, stock control and perform MRP (Material Requirements Planning). - Provide cross-functional coordination, including direct communication with sales representatives, supply chain, warehouse, and customers to manage order status and ensure continuous supply and on-time delivery. - Coordinate with internal departments to align sales activities. Support sales representatives in daily operations. - Coordinate export orders with overseas counterparts via email. Liaise with freight forwarders regarding shipment and customs clearance processes. - Other assigned duties as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 7 years as Sales Support or Sales Admin from Trading company (Experience in import-export / price and cost control / Material Requirements Planning) - Proficient in Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation) and ERP System - Conversation High to Business in English (To communicate with oversea counterpart and internal) <Personality> - Proactive and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Positive attitude, enthusiatic and service-minded attitude - work well under pressure in a team environment, join in team work and remain flexible <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 - Having management experience or experience at senior, supervisor, or assistant manager level would be an advantage. - Experience in Japanese company - Experience in Automotive company
