Sales Admin (18K–20K) (SDG-117935) <Job responsibilities> - Be able to work routinely, Support Sales documents, and assist the manager - Making quotations to customers and distributors. - Input order in systems, issue PO to vendor, order general order in Kintone system. - Contact any vendors both overseas and local about delivery by email including hotel and car rental for project purposes. - Coordinate with internal accounting invoice, billing and payment request. - Contact with Thai Revenue about the duty stamp. - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 28 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in sales admin, sales coordinator, or administrator in any industry-related product - Have Experience in managing issues, PO, and Invoice. - Conversational middle of English to communicate with clients and internally via email and documents - Good computer skill in Microsoft office - Strong organization skills, negotiation skills, and Problem-Solving skills - Service-minded and energetic, possess good communication and negotiation skills - Able to work multi-tasking and work under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience using SAP Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Surasak Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits 18,000–20,000THB About the company Product & Service: Power System, switchboard, system component Electronic Distributions Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;
