Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitor and analyze product forecasts and actual sales performance to ensure accurate data management and smooth operations for the factory and related departments. - Manage product pricing, including annual price reduction activities. - Coordinate and promote all new project launching activities with the factory and other relevant stakeholders. - Manage customer QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Oversee and control accounts receivable to ensure a healthy financial status. - Manage internal expenses, including equipment and service stock. - Support all related activities to meet and exceed customer expectations. - Assist in the preparation of sales budgets and mid-term sales plans.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10 years in sales, account management, or business development in management level within Automotive manufacturing (B2B) - Conversational high in English (both written and spoken) - Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above is required) - Hold Dirving license and Own Car <Details> - Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills - Proven ability to manage forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Factory, Finance) - Strong analytical skills for customer evaluation and expense control <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Master’s preferred
