Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Proactively reach out to and acquire new customers. - Develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and set sales targets for both individuals and the team. - Understand customer needs in order to propose suitable services. - Present and sell services to clients through both online and on-site channels. - Provide consultation, respond to inquiries, and analyze customer requirements to deliver tailored service proposals. - Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to build and strengthen relationships. - Participate in industry events and business functions to promote services. - Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional activities. - Identify and develop new business partnerships while maintaining long-term partner relationships. - Monitor competitors' activities and use insights to adjust the company’s sales and marketing strategies. - Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. - Collect customer feedback and suggestions to improve services. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and follow up on progress against goals.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related fields - At least 1 year experience in Sales of HR Solution Systems (e.g., HRM, attendance management, payroll, or employee engagement platforms) or Sales IT Solution - New graduates with part-times or internship experiences are welcome - Basic level of English, use for only report - Conversation High level in Japanese (use for communication with clients), JLPT N2+ - Proficient in basic computer applications. - Strong communication and coordination skils; able to work well as part of a team. - Able to visit client on-site if needed - Willing and eager to learn new things beyond one's area of expertise (Self-Learning). <Personality> - Punctual, responsible, and capable of handling unexpected problems effectively. - Patient, calm, and able to work under pressure. - Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working independently.
