Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for existing clients regarding product proposal, introduction, inventory management, maintenance support in Sales Department
- Contact the existing clients to maintain the business partnership
- Responsible for Quality Management (proper verification, validation, improvement)
- Deal with clients and staff via e-mail and telephone
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
[MUST]
- Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age 25-35
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Computer skill (MS Office)
- Able to travel to industrial area (1-2 hours from Bangkok)
- Able to take part in an overseas business trip (Vietnam)
※Business trip allowance provided
PERFER
- Work experience in manufacturing/trading (mechanical maintenance enterprise)
- Japanese speaker
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30–17:30
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-30,000 THB/Month
