Sale Staff (Japanese Speaking) (45K–50K) (SDG-102582) พนักงานขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> - Searching new potential customers and getting appointment. - Visiting to new customers, introducing products and dealing with sales contract. - Maintaining existing client and building up good customer’s relationship - Receiving orders from customers - Daily product ordering (fresh fishes by air and other food items in the future) - Preparation for smooth delivery and delivery activities. - Inventory & delivery management (consignment work, inventory check work) - Cash (Money) and payment collection from customers (Reminder, collection, Negotiation) - Midnight work to receive customers’ order be required - other tasks as assigned by General manager <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่ และนัดหมาย - พบลูกค้าใหม่ แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ และทำสัญญาการขาย - รักษาลูกค้าปัจจุบันและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า - รับออเดอร์จากลูกค้า - การสั่งซื้อสินค้ารายวัน (ปลาสดทางอากาศ และรายการอาหารอื่นๆ ในอนาคต) - การเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการส่งมอบและกิจกรรมการส่งมอบอย่างราบรื่น - การจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและการส่งมอบ (งานฝากขาย, งานตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลัง) - เงินสด (เงิน) และการเรียกเก็บเงินจากลูกค้า (การแจ้งเตือน การเรียกเก็บเงิน การเจรจาต่อรอง) - ต้องทำงานเที่ยงคืนเพื่อรับออเดอร์จากลูกค้า - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการทั่วไปมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 1 year working experience in Foods,Frozen Sales position. - Good in written and spoken English - Good command in Japanese, use with clients and report line - working time will be Flexible even in the evening time - Experienced in selling chain restaurants is an advantage. <Personality> - Good presentation and Negotiation skills. - Good level of initiative, strategic thinking Ability and Proactive with business sense. - High responsibility and Willing to learn new things. - Can work as a team with under pressure.
