Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
- Responsibility to find new clients in Japanese company and local company (80%) and maintain relationship with existing clients(20%)
- Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Thai market.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and closing new business deals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee advertising and promotional activities.
- Monitor Sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the homologation and technical teams to ensure product alignment with customer
- Other duties assigned by CEO
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree in business, marketing Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years experience in sales or business development, in the advertising, media, influencer marketing agency or e-commerce platform company
- At least 3 years experience at assistant manager or manager level with subordinate
- Conversation high level of English to communicate with Japanese management and with client via face to face, email and documents
- Able to visit clients in the Bangkok area 2-3 days/week by own car or public transpot
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Ability to Work independently and as part of a team to achieve Sales targets
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Have connections in the advertising and media industry
- Work Experience with Japanese company
