<Number of employees (in Sriracha): Total : 250 Local : 245 Japanese: 5 > <Report Line : GM(Thai) > <Team Member: 2 person> <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Engine folk lift, Electric folk lift, AGV key cart> <Clients: Logistics, Manufacturing company> <Saturday Working: Basically none*Depends on client situation> <Position Objective/Expectation > - Able to provide quick technical responses to customer requests. - Able to provide technical advice to the customers. <Job Responsibilities> - Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales target, revenue and expense controls in Logistics Automation Department - Deliver excellent customer services by offering knowledge, advice, problems solving and other concerns - Provide necessary information for all services and product knowledge and work process matters for customers - Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company - Continually develop knowledge of products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions for customers - Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations - Searching for new clients who could benefit from company’s products
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related - At least 3 years of working experience as a sales or sales Engineer in factory automation - Convirtiatonal middle level of English - Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to operate engineering computer program with Auto CAD and layout design [Personality] - Dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer service - Self-motivated, can work under pressure of due date - Team building and safety mind - Problem-solving oriented and analytical thinking - A structured working method, assertiveness, and attention to details - Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills both verbal and written <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Sales experience in Logistics Automation
