Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Engineering & Design - Heat load calculation (kW) and system design - Design heat pump systems including piping, tanks, and control systems - Analyze customer process usage patterns (hot/chilled water schedules) Sales & Customer Support - Present and sell heat pump systems to customers - Prepare technical proposals and quotation documents - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers - Manage and follow up the entire sales process from beginning to completion Investment Analysis - Evaluate CAPEX and OPEX for customer investment decisions - Coordinate with internal teams in Thailand, Japan, and ASEAN
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Candidate A or B can send - At least 2 years Experience in thermal systems: Boiler, HVAC, Refrigeration, or industrial processes - Fresh graduated from Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering - Basic knowledge of heat calculations and system design - Conversational middle Level in English, use for communicate with internal and document - Possession of a valid driver’s license (own car is not required). <Personality> - Systems thinker — designs holistically, not component-by-component - Translates customer needs into engineering solutions - Able to evaluate both performance efficiency and investment costs (CAPEX/OPEX) - Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven work style <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Direct experience with heat pump systems (significant advantage) - Japanese language skills (a plus for coordination with Japan HQ)
