Duties & Responsibilities:
Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner and control the delivery service to suppliers
Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel
Facilitating the sale staff by providing the import export document
Other special tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Female, age 27-35 years old
Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Willing to work at home office
Experience in trading above 2 years
Able to conduct the meeting in English
Willing to work on Saturday (2 times a month)
PREFER
Japanese and English skills would be highly advantage
Interested in organic product
Living nearby Ramkamheng area
Have a positive mind, friendly, easy going, and got the Can-Do attitude
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area:265/140 Moo Baan Siwalee Ramkhamhaeng, Ratphatthana Road, Saphansung, Saphansung,Bangkok Thailand
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8:30 - 17:30), Sat 2 times a month
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-40,000 THB/Month
