Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ■Sales Strategy & Business Development - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. - Expand business with automotive OEMs, car maker, and medical device manufacturers. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. ■ Key Account Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior management at customer companies. - Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management. - Oversee the entire sales cycle from opportunity development through order fulfillment and after-sales support. ■ Team Management - Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and achieve KPIs. - Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and performance evaluations. - Foster collaboration across the sales organization. ■ Car maker& Internal Coordination - Develop and manage relationships with automotive OEMs and business partners. - Lead strategic meetings with distributors to drive market expansion. - Coordinate closely with production, logistics, quality, and headquarters to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution. ■ Marketing & Business Promotion - Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. - Promote products and strengthen brand awareness in the automotive and medical industries. ■ Management Responsibilities - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports. - Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement initiatives. - Perform other duties assigned by Japanese management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of sales experience with plastic products. - At least 1 years of experience in a managerial or team leader role. - Conversational English proficiency for handling work with the Japanese client and the Japanese management team - Holder of a driving license and owning a car for sales activities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. - Driving License.(Can use company car) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Daily conversation level of Japanese language(Around N3 up) for have a casual conversation with the Japanese client and the Japanese management team - B2B sales experience.
