Job Description
<Work Outline> 1. Be an assistant to support Japanese manager. Having own customer to take care of. (Visit client with Japanese manager as assigned, not often) 2. Issue documents to support sales such as forecast, PO, Quotation, Tax invoice. 3. Coordinate between company and customer 4. Visit customer in sometime. 5. Support the documents and coordinate with other department in company. 6. Make monthly sales report. 7. Check stock at warehouse about twice a year. 8. Other jobs as assigned. 9. Using program outlook, MS word, MS excel, SAP.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years as a Sale coordinator, Sale Assistant from Trading Company - Conversational High of English (Documents, Report, and speaking) - Conversational High of Japanese (JLPT N3+), use for communicating with Japanese Report line, client, - Good command of Outlook , MS word , MS Excel, <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Basic Knowledge of Electronic part - Knowledge of SAP Program <Personality> - Positive Thinking
