Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To develop & implement occupational safety, hygiene and environment strategies, policies and practices. - To ensure the company safety policy is effectively established, updated, understood, implemented and maintained. - To conduct safety activities including Firefighting system, Emergency Plan, Work Permit, Legal compliance, Safety Audit, Personal Protective Equipment. - To manage Safety Action Plan, Risk analysis & assessment, 3Q6S activities. - To oversee physical check-up, Safety committee, Safety performance reporting, and preventive and corrective actions follow-up. - To handle MSDS and Chemical substance management. - To plan, develop & implement changes in working practices in line with safety, hygiene, and green environment norms. - To ensure compliance with all relevant legislation for corporate governance. - To improve awareness about SHE, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to protect people's health, hygiene, and life. - To manage pollution and environmental protection measures. - To ensure the conduct of environmental measurements and assessments. - To approve environmental measurement reports and documents as required by law. - To manage the waste management system. - To ensure satisfaction of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standard requirements. - To manage dispensary room and nurse contracts. - To manage, implement, and develop security management strategies and systems. - To protect company assets and company operations. - To manage security guard workforce planning, control, and coordination. - To conduct people management and skill development of the team. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in safety law, safety, hygiene, and environment management practices in a factory - Conversational Middle Level in English (90% of documents are in English, and the role involves communicating with foreign executives) - Holds a certificate in ISO 14001 & 45001 <In Detail> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel (Formulas), PowerPoint (Presentation) - Self-confident in presenting and training at the employee and management level - Able to work in hot, dusty, and noisy environments, as well as at heights < Preferred Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environment, or any related field - Experience in a Japanese Company - Holds a certificate in ISO 14001 & 45001
