Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and maintain factory safety and environmental standards in daily operations. - Conduct regular on-site safety inspections and identify potential hazards. - Support shop floor safety activities, including workplace organization, housekeeping, and environmental improvements. - Coordinate with maintenance and production teams regarding equipment safety, facility conditions, and preventive measures. - Ensure proper implementation of safety rules, procedures, and work standards on the shop floor. - Prepare, update, and manage safety-related documents, reports, and records. - Support environmental management activities, including waste control, cleanliness, and compliance with internal standards. - Investigate safety incidents, near-miss cases, and unsafe conditions, and propose corrective and preventive actions. - Assist in safety training and awareness activities for factory staff. - Communicate safety and environmental matters with internal stakeholders in English as required. - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor of engineering related to safety management (In case of fresh graduates) - Advanced technical experience as safety management - Conversational middle level of English to communicate internally. - Driving license - Be cooperative and responsible - Critical thinking skills - Excellent time management skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational high level of Japanese - Experience of production engineer in automotive filed.
