Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform duties as a Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze work activities to identify hazards and establish preventive measures or safe work procedures.
- Assess occupational safety risks and prepare safety plans, programs, or measures for workplace safety.
- Provide advice, training, and instruction to employees to ensure compliance with safety regulations and safety manuals.
- Provide recommendations to the company on appropriate occupational safety management and continuous improvement.
- Investigate and analyze causes of accidents, injuries, occupational illnesses, or nuisance incidents arising from work, including collecting statistics, data, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the working environment.
- Keep up to date with occupational health and safety laws, as well as laws related to environmental management systems such as ISO14001 and ISO45001, and ensure full legal compliance.
- Coordinate, oversee, and conduct occupational safety training as required by law.
- Register responsible personnel in relevant areas and submit notifications and reports to government authorities as required by law.
- Supervise, manage, and administer the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Committee (OSH Committee).
- Assess and analyze environmental impacts and ensure operations comply with environmental management system standards.
- Assess compliance with ISO26000 or equivalent standards.
- Perform other occupational safety-related duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Safety or Occupational Health in the chemical industry, GHS, and quality management systems.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 26000.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations, such as occupational safety laws, environmental laws, labour welfare and protection laws, as well as regulations and requirements of industrial estates and the Department of Industrial Works.
- Conversational Middle in English for documentation tasks
