Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage safety documents, safety plans, and safety reports. - Collect and evaluate safety reports from construction sites each month. - Conduct safety training for construction site personnel. - Ensure contractors and consultants adhere to safety standards. - Inspect, identify, and eliminate all risks that could impact the surrounding area. - Control and manage Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) measures at the construction site. - Manage and conduct on-site safety audits and corrective action reports - Other suties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety. - At least 5 years of working experience in safety jobs in Construction projects. - Must have knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and relevant occupational safety regulations. - Required strong coordination skills to work with contractors and consultants, as well as analytical skills for safety report evaluation and risk identification. -Conversational middle to high level of English to communiate with Japanese staff <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Certified Safety Officer at the professional level. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. - Ability to work at the company's construction sites. - Able to visit other construction sites (depending on the situation).
