Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Inspect workplace areas to identify hazards and safety risks - Conduct risk assessments and prepare periodic risk evaluation reports - Develop preventive measures to control identified risks - Propose safety policies and improvement plans to management - Organize safety training sessions and awareness activities for employees - Conduct safety meetings and briefings - Record and investigate accidents or abnormal incidents - Prepare investigation reports with preventive and corrective action plans - Inspect and maintain safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, PPE, tools) - Coordinate procurement of new safety equipment when necessary - Monitor safety laws, regulations, and standards - Coordinate external audits, inspections, and certifications - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent - At least 3 years of experience in safety in a factory/industrial environment - Knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 9001 (Quality), and IATF 16949 standards - Able to travel upcountry, company car provided(Pathum Thani, Samutprakarn, Chonburi) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or Professional Safety Officer License - Able to drive with a valid driving license
