Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
**Mainly work in office and visit site sometimes (1 day trip)
- Coordinate all PMS activities (document submission, online meetings/training, monthly and half-year reports, sharing  
information with Thai staff, etc.) with PMS Tokyo and the international division. 
- Responsible for designing, monitoring, and auditing the PMS system to ensure it meets the requirements established by federal, state, and local regulations, as well as international certifications and internal company policies and procedures.  
- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support environmental, health,  and safety (EHS) management.  
- Conduct safety inspections (monthly internal audits, PMS international audits, special audits, etc.) and investigate violations or incidents to ensure safety procedures are followed.  
- Meet with management and submit improvement plans.  
- Develop and lead emergency response procedures, ensuring employees are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.  
- Analyze and maintain training schedules for company staff and ensure all required training is completed to respond  
effectively to emergencies. 
- Utilize every opportunity to promote EHS awareness by demonstrating safe behavior and continuously developing knowledge in environmental, health, and safety compliance, construction trends, and regulatory updates.  
- Coach, lead, and supervise PMS staff and construction projects, including contractors, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.  
- Ensure all staff follow PMS policies and conduct new joiner induction training before starting work.  - Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications are maintained, and develop goals and targets for continuous improvement.  
- Attend the training and international audits abroad or online training from the international division
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary skill/experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety 
- At least 5 years of experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety position – Previous experience in construction  work (heavy lifting operations using cranes, confined spaces, working at heights, permit-to-work systems, scaffolding  work, and basic electrical inspection skills. ) 
- Professional Certificate in Occupational, Health & Safety in Thai Regulation 
- Good understanding of Thai regulations.  
- Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex issues and requirements in an easily understood manner.  
- Computer literate & Good presentation skills. 
- Conversational High Level in English (ability to write site inspection and audit reports and communicate with Japanese Management).  
- Willing to work different shifts and occasional weekends (in emergency cases).

- Outstanding leadership skills; experience at the management level is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within deadlines.  
- Ability to work with employees at all levels and stakeholders and drive cultural changes in the face of potential  resistance.  
- Able to multitask and identify unforeseen hazards in the workplace.
