Safety & Environment Manager (60K – 80K) (SDG-55653) ผู้จัดการความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the Environment Health and Safety program(5S, 3S )to all levels of the organization both project and normal operation to safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible plants. • Maintain all documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with require law and local record-keeping requirements, as well as all required external submission reports. • Leading of the team to more the safety goal (ZD Accident, AD EAR/Nearmiss) • Monitor emerging safety issues throughout the industry and initiate proactive gap closure action of industry best practices. Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40-45 years • Bachelor's degree in Occupation health and safety or related field with safety • Have working experience at around 15 years about Safety in the manufacturing industry • Around 5 years of management experience in a Japanese company. (For communicating with Japanese and Thai well) • Have management experience as Safety Manager at least 5 years in the manufacturing industry • Have knowledge about ISO45001 / OHSAS18001 & ISO14001 • Conversational middle level of English(Reading and writing) • Have working experience about Safety in Chemical industry is preferable Languages skills English : Conversational Japanese : None Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Estate (Rayong) Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon to Fri *No Saturday working ) About the Benefit • Salary: 60,000–80,000THB • Social Insurance • Accidental and Health insurance OPD/IPD • Provident Fund • Annual Health Check • Monetary assistance (Marriage, Childbirth, Funeral) • Company's trip About the allowance • Position Allowance • Housing Allowance • Gasoline Allowance • Uniform About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing • Products: Carbon and tire material

ผู้จัดการความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม (60K - 80K) (SDG-55653) หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: -เป็นผู้นำจัดการและประสานงานทุกด้านของโครงการอนามัยและความปลอดภัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม (5S, 3S) ให้กับทุกระดับขององค์กรทั้งในโครงการและการดำเนินงานตามปกติไปสู่พืชที่ปลอดภัยสุขภาพดีและรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม -เก็บรักษาเอกสารทั้งหมดที่จำเป็นเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดในการเก็บบันทึกในท้องที่ตลอดจนรายงานการส่งภายนอกที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด -นำทีมไปสู่เป้าหมายด้านความปลอดภัยมากขึ้น (ZD Accident, AD EAR / Nearmiss) -ตรวจสอบปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่ทั่วทั้งอุตสาหกรรมและเริ่มปฏิบัติการปิดช่องว่างเชิงรุกของแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในอุตสาหกรรม ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น -อายุ 40-45 ปี -ปริญญาตรีสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัย -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานประมาณ 15 ปีเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต -มีประสบการณ์บริหารบริษัทญี่ปุ่นประมาณ 5 ปี (สำหรับสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นและภาษาไทยได้ดี) -มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต -มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO45001 / OHSAS18001 & ISO14001 -ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา -มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีเป็นที่ต้องการ ทักษะด้านภาษา - ภาษาอังกฤษ: สนทนา - ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ (ระยอง) เวลาทำการ : 8: 00-17: 00 น.
