Job Description

<Job Summary>
1. Ensuring proper implementation of Customer Specific Requirement (CSR), update and verify the implementation
2. Update/Review / Training for CSR (OEM) and OE Customer Activities (SSAS, G-MSA, Shop-floor audit (Isuzu), etc. to ASEAN Plant (Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand)
3. Support customer complaint handling activities. Analyze, follow up, and respond to customer complaints with support from account/regional quality manager(s), plant quality, and central quality teams to ensure timely resolution of quality problems through structured problem-solving						
4. Monitor customer satisfaction and quality status through customer-released data, report status to Plant, YRC, and support action plans to close identified gaps. Support of risk and opportunity evaluation based on customer expectations						
5. Support Plant for Prepare PPAP/PSW prepare and submission: Import Tire	
6. Support Sales OE team for the Customer's QMS/ Process/ Product Audit, co-check part, and attend APQP Activity


<Job Responsibilities>
1. Responsible for updating Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) and Training/ Communicate to ASEAN Plant Review, and analyzing test results to ensure compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory requirements.
2. Cooperate with ASEAN plant on Customer's Audit and activities						
3. Cooperate with plant on Perform root cause analysis of errors and non-conformances and implement corrective action for Customer Nonconformity						
4. Monitor Customer Satisfaction and support for risk and opportunity evaluation based on customer expectations	
5. Support all Yokohama Parties for OE Customer's activities and new model approval				
6. Support OE approval processes, including PPAP, PSW, and technical documentation submissions (as applicable).



Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, in Chemical or Polymer or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in OE engineering, QA Engineer with Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) in automotive components, or tire development
- Experience working for manufacturing sector 
- Experience working directly with OEM customers (automotive manufacturers or assemblers)
- Must have Certificat IATF 16949
- Basic skills of Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Data Analysis and Interpretation 
- ISO 9001 and IATF 16949  Requirement, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC
- Conversation High level in English Skills to communicate with Japanese Report Line, and Regional.

<Detail>
- Proactive and results-driven, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of tire construction, materials, and performance characteristics is an advantage.
- Experienced working in ASEAN or Regional.
