Risk Management Manager (75K-80K) (SDG-66281) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยง <Job Responsibilities> - Organizing Risk Management Committee (RMC) and preparing update to Board of Directors’ meeting. - Facilitating Enterprise Risk Management Working Committee (ERMWC) as cross functional platform and work cross-functionally. - Leading Enterprise Risk Management Process, including 1) Identify Enterprise Risk, 2) Enterprise Risk Assessment, 3) KRI and Mitigation Plan and 4) Risk Activity Monitoring and Development (2nd Line) - Promoting Risk Culture and Driving Mitigation Plan in Action. - Initiating and Implement Business Continuity Management 1) Emergency Response, 2) Crisis Management, 3) Disaster Recovery and 4) Business Continuity. - Engaging in Risk Controlling System of Organization (3rd Line) <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Risk Management, Engineer, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economic or any related field. - 2-3 years of experience as Risk Management or Strategy Management from any industry - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluently in English - The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment <Preferable skill/experience> - Business background (Utilities, Energy, Industrial Services or related filed) Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 75,000–80,000THB About the company Products: Industrial city developer Business Type: Energy

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยง (75K-80K) (SDG-66281) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - จัดคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง (RMC) และเตรียมอัพเดทการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท - อำนวยความสะดวกคณะทำงานบริหารความเสี่ยงองค์กร (ERMWC) เป็นแพลตฟอร์มข้ามสายงานและทำงานข้ามสายงาน - กระบวนการจัดการความเสี่ยงระดับองค์กรชั้นนำ ได้แก่ 1) ระบุความเสี่ยงขององค์กร 2) การประเมินความเสี่ยงองค์กร 3) KRI และแผนบรรเทาสาธารณภัย และ 4) การติดตามและการพัฒนากิจกรรมความเสี่ยง (สายที่ 2) - ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความเสี่ยงและขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการบรรเทาสาธารณภัย - การเริ่มต้นและดำเนินการจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ 1) การตอบสนองฉุกเฉิน 2) การจัดการภาวะวิกฤต 3) การกู้คืนจากภัยพิบัติ และ 4) ความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ - มีส่วนร่วมในระบบควบคุมความเสี่ยงขององค์กร (สายที่ 3) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารความเสี่ยง วิศวกร ธุรกิจ บัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง หรือ การบริหารกลยุทธ์ จากอุตสาหกรรมใดๆ - มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่อง - ความสามารถในการจัดการหลายโครงการในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็ว <ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ภูมิหลังทางธุรกิจ (สาธารณูปโภค พลังงาน บริการอุตสาหกรรม หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง) ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : MRT เพชรบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:00 น.
