Work outline: In charge of Risk management tasks and manage subordinates
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct the effective compliance communication and training program to ensure the understanding and compliance with rules and regulations
Ø Recommendation of good practice in compliances
Ø Assist internal clients to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements
Ø Understand the scope of work requested by internal clients
Ø Prepare minutes of meeting, training material and all Compliance related reports within a deadline
Ø Perform procedures and prepare deliverables for the task assigned
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Remark: the job scope can be flexible depend on candidate’s experience. This is new department
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, ages 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Arts, Business Administration or any related field
Ø At least 2-4 years of working experience in Compliance
Ø Strong analytic and critical skills, system approach of thinking
Prefer:
Ø Experience in business process improvement or internal control
Ø Interpersonal skill, team player
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Phrapradaeng / Samutprakan
Working Hour: 7:30 – 16:30 (Mon-Fri) Some Sat. depend on company’s calendar
