Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily production schedules.
- Ensure machines and equipment used in the Retort process are always in good working condition.
- Monitor and control the quality and continuity of the sterilization process.
- Supervise production staff, manage overtime, and ensure production targets are met.
- Train employees on technical skills, work procedures, and relevant quality systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Ensure operations comply with applicable food safety and quality systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in production control, Quality control in the manufacturing industry
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing production using Retort machines.
- Conversational middle level of English (Internal verbal communication, Email, Document)
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quality tools.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the Food industry
- Completed Retort Supervisor training course; Process Authority certification is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees
