Work outline: Manage and be in charge of all matters related to maintenance and safety field
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage overall maintenance function since the beginning process
Ø Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Ø Carry out inspections of company’s facilities to identify and resolve issues
Ø Preventive and corrective maintenance in time limited from any request. And implementing preventing & maintenance schedules
Ø Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Ø Allocate workload and supervise facility company to keep operational condition
Ø Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Ø Initiate special project to minimize company cost with benefit
Ø Weekly report to the team and management
Ø Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, male above 30 years of age
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or any related fields
Ø At least 5 years working experience as Maintenance manager in retail business is a plus or any related fields
Ø Good command of English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
Ø Computer skill (Microsoft office, AutoCad)
Ø Able to resolve problems after operational hours
Prefer:
Ø Working experience in large company/organization having big buildings & Distribution Center would be advantageous

About the Benefit
