Job Description
<Job responsibilities> - Plan and develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies, policies, sales channels, promotional materials, and presentations to achieve sales targets. - Develop impactful product marketing strategies to increase consumer awareness and demand, including packaging design, product tags, visual media, videos, and other content. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to support business growth. - Cultivate new customer relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing ones. - Participate in trade shows and travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with partners and clients. - Oversee the marketing budget, including trade promotions, advertising, influencer campaigns, PR activities, and agency coordination, ensuring optimal use of resources. - Analyze departmental profit & loss (P&L) statements and monitor marketing expenses to ensure budget control. - Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Managing Director. - Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to overcome challenges and achieve team objectives. - Work effectively under pressure, with a high level of resilience and commitment to delivering results. - Possess a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take full responsibility for assigned tasks. - Translate and interpret between languages as required during business operations. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields - At least 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales planning in consumer goods, FMCG, or health care products that have to deal with retailers, distributors, particularly in supermarket, hypermarket, or drugstore/health & beauty store sectors, or department stores. - At least 5 years of management experience - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external (conversation, emails, presentation, and documents) - Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) - Able to go to work onsite (Company car) - Holding a diving license <Details> - Strong skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and negotiation - Work effectively under pressure, with a high level of resilience and commitment to delivering results - Possess a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take full responsibility for assigned tasks. - Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the consignment business is a strong advantage
