Job Description
- Developing F&B business.
- Overseeing restaurant daily operations.
Working closely with F&B Department of HK Headquarter and directors.
- Restaurant staff recruitment & training .
- Managing and supporting staff including daily performance, disciplinary actions and HR matters, eg. leave application etc.
- Following up the restaurant before opening, eg. Renovation etc.
- Handling of restaurant license.
- Calculation of restaurant staff salary, roster etc.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years management experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Business English.
- Have a clear mindset of "Organization" & "Reporting"
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Keen strategy thinking and planning.
Preferable
- Conversation of Japanese language.
- Experienced in Japanese Restaurant.
