Relationship Manager (Staff ~ Senior level)

ผู้จัดการความสัมพันธ์ (ระดับพนักงาน ~ อาวุโส)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage, set and plan their own policy to promote bank products in order to meet the branch’s profit target.
• Manage customer portfolio in diverse industry sectors by developing, implement and execute any marketing plans and/ or marketing strategies to achieve the bank business target.
• Working cross-functional with various departments, domestic branches, overseas branches, and corporate clients by offering integrated financial solutions to achieve the bank business target.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and approach new customers.
• Carry out liaison activities with customers for all the banking services (deposit, loan, Foreign Exchange and other services)
• Be a service center to support and to solve problems as daily supporting both external and internal parties
• Set up credit facilities and monitor client credit abilities
• To do other jobs related to Business Promotion Divisions.
• Other tasks assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 22-35 years
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Marketing or Economic
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Able to work in Eastern Seaboard, Rayong Province.
• Advanced conversational high level of English
• High responsibility and proactive person
• Not job hopper
• Fresh graduate is welcomed （Staff level）
• At least 2 years’ sales experience in Bank(Not Customer Service) （Senior level）
• Able to speak Japanese is much preferable.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการ กำหนด และวางแผนนโยบายของตนเองเพื่อส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคารเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายกำไรของสาขา
• จัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอลูกค้าในภาคอุตสาหกรรมที่หลากหลายโดยการพัฒนา ดำเนินการ และดำเนินการตามแผนการตลาดและ/หรือกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของธนาคาร
• ทำงานข้ามสายงานกับแผนกต่างๆ สาขาในประเทศ สาขาต่างประเทศ และลูกค้าองค์กร โดยนำเสนอโซลูชั่นทางการเงินแบบบูรณาการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของธนาคาร
• รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและเข้าถึงลูกค้าใหม่
• ดำเนินกิจกรรมประสานงานกับลูกค้าสำหรับบริการธนาคารทั้งหมด (เงินฝาก เงินกู้ แลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ และบริการอื่น ๆ)
• เป็นศูนย์บริการเพื่อรองรับและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ทุกวัน เพื่อรองรับทั้งบุคคลภายนอกและภายใน
• ตั้งค่าสินเชื่อและตรวจสอบความสามารถด้านสินเชื่อของลูกค้า
• เพื่อทำงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายส่งเสริมธุรกิจ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 22-35 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การตลาด หรือเศรษฐศาสตร์
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ใน MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• สามารถทำงานในอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด จังหวัดระยอง.
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและเป็นคนเชิงรุก
• ไม่ใช่งาน
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (ระดับพนักงาน)
• ประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในธนาคาร (ไม่ใช่บริการลูกค้า) （ระดับอาวุโส）
• สามารถพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
