<Job responsibilities> 1. Revenue Generation - Achieve and exceed sales targets within the ASEAN region. - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. 2. Market Development - Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals. - Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. 3. Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. 4. Team Collaboration - Work with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver customer-centric solutions. - Provide feedback to improve products and services based on market insights. 5. Reporting and Forecasting - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - At least 5 years of sales/ international sales experience in B2B or the ASEAN market - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Strong understanding of the ASEAN business environment and cultural dynamics. - Conversational high in Japanese to communicate with internal and external (N2 or above) - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external - Able to use MS Office <Details> - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficiency in other ASEAN languages will be considered an advantage
