Regional Operation Department Manager (Saraburi) (60K–75K) (SDG-59211)
ผู้จัดการแผนกปฏิบัติการภูมิภาค (สระบุรี)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Based in Saraburi province & taking care of 17 service center in Thailand; After Sales service, Technical issue, Client support, overall of parts and staff management etc.
- Responsible for supervise subordinate service operations strategic in all service branches and report the policy planning to executive superiors.
- Arrange weekly/ monthly reports for management meeting.
- Coordinate with Sales department for exchange customers information and major customers for submit service process details or customers product using problem and forward to related person.
- Able to communicate with customers efficiently, immediately problem solving. Customers clearly understand about organization’s service process.
- Manage for cost saving, budgeting, and targeting according to business goals
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Other related tasks as required
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, 40-48 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer field; Automotive/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or any related filed.
- Experience at least 5 years Service Center's Managerial Level (Construction/ Agricultural Automotive or other Industrial Automotive such as Folklift)
- Good command in English both writing and speaking.
- Can drive with car's driving license. (Company's car are provided)
- Good in computer skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Auto CAD.
- Flexible person who can visit many service center all over in Thailand or in case of Road Show activities and other events.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in Japanese company
- Good logical thinking, communication, and presentation.
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a staff

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- อยู่ในจังหวัดสระบุรีและดูแลศูนย์บริการ 17 แห่งในประเทศไทย บริการหลังการขายปัญหาด้านเทคนิคการสนับสนุนลูกค้าโดยรวมของชิ้นส่วนและการจัดการพนักงานเป็นต้น
- รับผิดชอบดูแลกลยุทธ์การปฏิบัติงานบริการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในทุกสาขาบริการและรายงานการวางแผนนโยบายต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาระดับสูง
- จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ / ประจำเดือนสำหรับการประชุมผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อขอข้อมูลลูกค้าแลกเปลี่ยนและลูกค้ารายใหญ่เพื่อส่งรายละเอียดขั้นตอนการบริการหรือสินค้าของลูกค้าโดยใช้ปัญหาและส่งต่อให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพแก้ไขปัญหาได้ทันที ลูกค้าเข้าใจอย่างชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริการขององค์กร
- จัดการเพื่อการประหยัดต้นทุนการจัดทำงบประมาณและการกำหนดเป้าหมายตามเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
- พัฒนาพนักงานโดยการจัดการประสิทธิภาพการตั้งเป้าหมายการฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่องและการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงานที่แข็งแกร่ง
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความจำเป็น
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 40-48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกร ยานยนต์ / เครื่องกล / วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการหรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการยื่นฟ้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีระดับผู้บริหารศูนย์บริการ (ยานยนต์ก่อสร้าง / การเกษตรหรือยานยนต์อุตสาหกรรมอื่น ๆ เช่นรถโฟล์คลิฟท์)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
- สามารถขับรถได้โดยมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ (รถของ บริษัท มีให้)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Auto CAD
- ผู้ที่มีความยืดหยุ่นสามารถเยี่ยมชมศูนย์บริการหลายแห่งทั่วประเทศไทยหรือในกรณีของกิจกรรม Road Show และกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ
