Regional Office Manager (Songkhla) (60K–120K) (SDG-100651) ผู้จัดการสำนักงานภูมิภาค (สงขลา) <Job responsibilities> - Be able to translate the company's new innovations (products, features, specs) to clinical value for the customer. Also, collect customer clinical needs and feedback and share these with product management. - In collaboration with sales team, new business division and clinical team develop programs and material to train the sales team as well as other internal customers on the operations, features and clinical benefits of the company's hardware and software - Train sales team on the clinical value of our products and solutions. Educate the team on specific selling techniques through creation of clinical value. - Assist sales team in customer negotiation meetings to be able to adequately represent clinical value of the company's solutions versus competition. - Introduce product line to customers by customer visits, exhibition and work shop etc. - Provide information through presentations or Other methods to customers so that the customers could understand the benefit of products. - Provide product support to users either in person, or by written or verbal means. - Monitoring sales process that how much contribute to the sales for all product. - Perform Other duties as assigned. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - สามารถแปลนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ของบริษัท (ผลิตภัณฑ์ คุณลักษณะ ข้อมูลจำเพาะ) ให้เป็นคุณค่าทางคลินิกสำหรับลูกค้า รวบรวมความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะทางคลินิกของลูกค้า และแบ่งปันสิ่งเหล่านี้กับการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ - ร่วมมือกับทีมขาย แผนกธุรกิจใหม่และทีมคลินิกจะพัฒนาโปรแกรมและเอกสารเพื่อฝึกอบรมทีมขายและลูกค้าภายในอื่นๆ เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงาน คุณลักษณะ และประโยชน์ทางคลินิกของฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ของบริษัท - ฝึกอบรมทีมขายเกี่ยวกับคุณค่าทางคลินิกของผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชัน ให้ความรู้แก่ทีมเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการขายเฉพาะผ่านการสร้างคุณค่าทางคลินิก - ช่วยเหลือทีมขายในการประชุมเจรจากับลูกค้าเพื่อให้สามารถนำเสนอคุณค่าทางคลินิกของโซลูชันของบริษัทเทียบกับการแข่งขันได้อย่างเพียงพอ - แนะนำสายผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้าโดยการเข้าพบลูกค้า, นิทรรศการและร้านค้าที่ทำงาน ฯลฯ - ให้ข้อมูลผ่านการนำเสนอหรือวิธีการอื่นๆ แก่ลูกค้า เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจถึงประโยชน์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ - ให้การสนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ผู้ใช้ทั้งด้วยตนเอง หรือโดยวิธีการเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรหรือด้วยการพูด - ติดตามกระบวนการขายว่ามีส่วนช่วยในการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดมากน้อยเพียงใด - ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
