Job Description
Job Responsibilities ・Drive customs team and manage people development by providing customs tools, processes, and structure for master data. ・Support training and qualification for comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and requirements in the region. ・Lead the implementation and support by guiding to setting up the standard procedure for all related customs to standardize and align data declared in customs declarations. ・Support customs and foreign trade examination. ・Manage and support problem-solving in customs operations, including supporting new business opportunities. ・Manage and maintain regulatory developments and all risks for customs operations including FTA and local privilege. ・Review and give advice on local content calculations requested by project managers, controlling, sales. ・Support all Country-of-Origin issues; handle FTA (e.g. ACTFA, ASEAN) solicitations, qualification, and record keeping. ・Review all existing FTA Certificates that are issued by ZF Plants and Vendors on a regular base. ・Support sourcing/supply chain personnel in the areas of import and export shipping. ・Audit FTA certificates and communicate results to all involved parties to meet compliance requirements according to ZF standards. ・Liaise with customs and government bodies in all different. countries in the region. ・Improve the process e.g. Identify potential savings with non-dutiable parts by participating in continuous improvement programs and providing support to team efforts. ・Work with corporate Customs Specialists to streamline the process associated with imports and exports including closing all gaps related to the Internal and external audits. ・Be responsible for customs tariff classification and approval. ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ・ขับเคลื่อนทีมศุลกากรและจัดการการพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยการจัดหาเครื่องมือ กระบวนการ และโครงสร้างด้านศุลกากรสำหรับข้อมูลหลัก ・สนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมและคุณสมบัติเพื่อความรู้ที่ครอบคลุมและทันสมัยเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายศุลกากรและข้อกำหนดในภูมิภาค ・เป็นผู้นำในการดำเนินการและการสนับสนุนโดยให้คำแนะนำในการตั้งค่าขั้นตอนมาตรฐานสำหรับศุลกากรที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เพื่อสร้างมาตรฐานและจัดแนวข้อมูลที่ประกาศในใบศุลกากร ・รองรับการตรวจสอบด้านศุลกากรและการค้าต่างประเทศ ・จัดการและสนับสนุนการแก้ปัญหาในการดำเนินพิธีการศุลกากร รวมถึงสนับสนุนโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ ・จัดการและรักษาการพัฒนาด้านกฎระเบียบและความเสี่ยงทั้งหมดสำหรับการดำเนินการด้านศุลกากร รวมถึง FTA และสิทธิพิเศษในท้องถิ่น ・ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการคำนวณเนื้อหาในท้องถิ่นที่ผู้จัดการโครงการ การควบคุม และการขายร้องขอ ・รองรับปัญหาเกี่ยวกับประเทศต้นทางทั้งหมด จัดการ FTA (เช่น ACTFA, อาเซียน) การชักชวน คุณสมบัติ และการเก็บบันทึก ・ตรวจสอบใบรับรอง FTA ที่มีอยู่ทั้งหมดที่ออกโดย ZF Plants และผู้จำหน่ายเป็นประจำ ・สนับสนุนบุคลากรด้านการจัดหา/ห่วงโซ่อุปทานในด้านการขนส่งนำเข้าและส่งออก ・ตรวจสอบใบรับรอง FTA และสื่อสารผลลัพธ์ไปยังทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ZF ・ติดต่อประสานงานกับศุลกากรและหน่วยงานภาครัฐในด้านต่างๆ ประเทศในภูมิภาค ・ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เช่น ระบุการประหยัดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นด้วยส่วนที่ไม่ต้องเสียภาษีโดยการเข้าร่วมในโปรแกรมการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องและให้การสนับสนุนความพยายามของทีม ・ทำงานร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านศุลกากรขององค์กรเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้าและส่งออก รวมถึงการปิดช่องว่างทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอก ・รับผิดชอบการจัดประเภทและการอนุมัติพิกัดอัตราศุลกากร
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40-50 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • At least 7 years’ experience in customs and/or supply chain projects or any related fields from automotive industry. • At least 5 years in management level. • Conversational high - Business level in English. • Solid organization and time/project management skills. • Customs certification program by customs authority. • Knowledge of Regional Customs regulations. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail. • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data and supply chain-related processes. • Proven ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
