Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure qualifications meet job requirements or the approved manpower requisition.
- Contact candidates and coordinate them through each stage of the recruitment and selection process.
- Inform candidates of interview results and arrange onboarding/start dates.
- Conduct employee orientation and prepare employment contracts between candidates and the organization.
- Follow up on the performance of new employees during the 119-day probation period.
- Other assigned task by HR 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Political Sciences, Industrial Psychology, or any related field.
- Over 2 years of direct experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields
- Conversational middle level in English (E-mail and documents)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in posting job advertisements and creating recruitment promotional videos through social media channels such as Facebook and TikTok will be an advantage.
- Able to use ERP will be given special consideration.
- From Lighting, Emergency Light company 
- Have experience in Manufacturing
