Job Description
• Follow up existing clients and develop new clients by phone call (Mainly in Eastern area). • Keep strong relationships among all clients, not only with the HR PIC but with the Managerial level (President, GMs) to catch the latest business situation. • Acquire Job vacancies from clients by executing strategy sales and marketing activities, then write Job description which is sharing to candidates and for internal. • Deeply understand the background of the client's business and the reason they need to hire employees from external labor market. • Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information. • Share the full information with Career Consultant team and contribute with them to provide the suitable quantity of candidate CVs with required quality. • Prepare for contract, offer letter and quotation. • Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of enterprise sales/marketing activities to realize the purpose written in the top. Workplace Area: Harbour office, Laemchabang Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri) Salary: 20,000–24,000THB
Job Requirement
• Age 23-27 years • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 1 year of sales / telemarketer experience • Time management & Muti-tasks skill is required • Strong mindset to support clients (customer-oriented) under pressure • Passion to grow up together with this organization • Who is a self-runner and have highly ambitious to achieve the target • Personality (Active, Ownership, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive) • BtoB Sales or Business Development experience is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None
