Receptionist Supervisor (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (35K-45K) (SDG-25818) <Job Responsibilities> Supervise subordinates, support them with the issue. Planning shift and distribute responsibilities to subordinates fairly Receiving incoming call and give the necessary information to the customer Welcome new customer and existing customer when they visit reception Respond any requests from customer in professional way Coordinate with sales team, engineer team, accounting team well in according to customer's inquiry Record customer information in the report Coordinate with facility engineer to solve the facility's problem quickly Other task might be assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years Bachelor degree in any related field. 3-5 years working experience as receptionist in hospitality, customer service field. Be able to commute to work by themselves Able to communicate well in Japanese (N3, Advanced conversational - middle up) Be able to work in night shift and also work on Sat-Sun depending on shift. Have good customer oriented mind and Hospitality mind <Preferable Skill / Experience> <None> Languages skills English: Basic level Japanese: Conversational level Workplace Area: Sriracha, Chonburi Working Hour: 5 or 6 days working depends on shift (1st Shift 8.30 - 17.00, 2nd Shift 13.30 - 22.00, 3rd Shift 22.00 - 8.00) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–45,000 THB About the company Products: Service Apartment provided mainly to Japanese expatriates Business Type: Restaurant / Hotel;Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage);
