Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Welcome and assist both Thai and international clients in a professional manner - Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and treatment details - Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries via phone, Line, and social media platforms - Manage doctors’ and clients’ appointment schedules efficiently - Prepare documents, process payments, and summarize daily sales reports - Coordinate with doctors and treatment staff to ensure smooth service operations - Maintain the reception area and overall clinic image - Handle customer complaints and solve immediate issues appropriately
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a beauty clinic/Hospital industry - Conversational middle level of English (to use with clients/internal). - Conversational High level of Chinese, HSK 5 up (to use with clients) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to start working immediately <Detail> - Proficient in using social media platforms (Line, Facebook, Instagram) - Good personality and professional appearance
