Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Welcome and assist both Thai and international clients in a professional manner
- Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and treatment details
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries via phone, Line, and social media platforms
- Manage doctors’ and clients’ appointment schedules efficiently
- Prepare documents, process payments, and summarize daily sales reports
- Coordinate with doctors and treatment staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain the reception area and overall clinic image
- Handle customer complaints and solve immediate issues appropriately

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years of receptionist experience in a beauty clinic
- Conversational High level of English (to use with clients).
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Line, Facebook, Instagram)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to start work immediately
- Bachelor Dgree with any major
