Work outline: Reception tasks, admins and sales coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Ø Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ø Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ø Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Ø Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Ø Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Ø Update calendars and schedule meetings
Ø Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Ø Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Ø Support Sales
Ø Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 22-28 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
Ø Fresh graduated are welcome
Ø Experience in reception tasks, sales support , sales coordinator or any related filed
Ø Good personality and able to do multi-tasks
Ø Able to work on Saturday
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Srinakarin
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Sat) *day off in Sunday and other weekdays*
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 THB negotiable
