Work outline: Responsible for receptionist and admin tasks for the company   


Duties & Responsibilities:

 Handle and support customers 

 Translate related documents TH-ENG and ENG-TH

 Liaise with customers either by telephone, email, or face-to-face

 Manage administration work and all documents 

 Liaise between internal and external departments 

 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

[Must]

 Thai nationality, Female , age 22-25 years old

 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration or other related field 

 Fresh graduates are welcome 

 1 years of working experience in receptionist, administrator, customer service, or related functions 

 Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage

 Good command of English 

 Good PC skills in MS Office

 Excellent interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills


Languages skills 

English: Advanced conversation level

Japanese: Advanced conversation level (Preferable) 



Workplace Area: MRT Silom 

Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00 (Mon – Fri) 


About the Benefit
