Job Description
Real Estate Researcher (Up to50K) (JO-180403-150947)
Work outline: Responsible for project management and marketing research for the joint venture projects with Thai companies
Duties & Responsibilities:
collect information of new order (enquiry)
Study about feasibility and due diligence
Market research for the new development project (such as about market price in the area , field research)
Analyze and report the research data and projects status to Japan
Communicate with lawyer for related contracts
Planning the process and budget of new projects and manage the process with the partner company and QC consultant company
Consider and revise project plans and building consents with partners
Communications with accounting firm of repetitive office
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 24-34 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in real estate market
Has a certain knowledge of real estate in Thailand
Basic understanding of Thai real estate related laws
Speak and write English at advanced conversational level (middle up)
PC skill : MSWord, Excel, PPT

Preferable:
Cooperative, friendly personality
Has experiences in market research in real estate

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Asok/MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 9:00-18:00, No Sat working
