Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> This position supports residential real estate projects by combining a sales-oriented mindset with marketing, business planning, and project management functions. - Support business planning and promotion of residential real estate projects - Monitor project timelines and overall progress - Conduct market research and support sales strategy planning - Participate in project management from a developer’s perspective - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders - Conduct discussions and reporting in English as required - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree - At least 3 years of experience in real estate development, business planning, project management, or related fields - Ability to understand and manage business plans, schedules, and financial projections - Conversational high-level of English or above (Ability to communicate in meetings and explain project status and issues clearly) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in residential development projects (condominium, housing, etc.)
