Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan the online R&D schedule for new models. - Design parts and jigs (for welding, forming, assembly, inspection) using CAD software. - Fabricate parts and jigs. - Operate laser cutting machines. - Assemble product samples. - Create supporting documentation for production: Process Work Instructions (WI), Packing Standard WI, Inspection WI (IQC, IPQC, OQC), QC Flow Chart, Bill of Materials (BOM) with part details and quantities, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D-FMEA), Yield Control Sheet (YCS), and special documents (e.g., CPK studies, weight test programming). - Participate in mass production events: production meetings, scheduling for materials/jigs/production, calculating capacity per hour, training production workers, and setting limit samples.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, New Model Development from Mananufacturing company *Preferably with apparels company or consumer good - Conversation Middle level in English (E-mail and documents) - Experience in new product/model development from design and prototype through mass production. - Proficient in CAD software and able to design parts and jigs/fixtures. - Experience in preparing technical and production documents such as BOM, WI, QC Flow Chart, D-FMEA, and related documentation. <In details> - Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment. - Experience in prototype/sample development and mass production support. - Strong coordination and communication skills with R&D, Production, QC, and other related departments. - Good problem-solving, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills. - Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in Sportwear, Activewear or apparel company - Immediately or early joined applicant. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. - Experience in Managing subordinates
