<Job Responsibilities> - Research for new materials and suppliers to improve company’s products (Transformer). - Design optimization & material content reduction of Transformer. - Development of new designs and concepts of mechanical components and assemblies, according to international and company standards and design rules. - Identifying Opportunities, Product Gaps, Competition, Cost/Price Analysis. - Identifying, prioritizing, deciding & driving the Projects for New Developments. - Identifying potential issues/perform detailed analysis to determine failure root cause, and implement appropriate solutions. - Coordinating with cross functional team. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, age 25-40 years old - Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer - At least 3 years in Power Transformer design - Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD, Solid Work. - Good English skills. - Effective knowledge transfer and management skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Good computer skills. Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Kheha , Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday am.
