Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct research, evaluation, and analysis of various manufacturing materials, including plastics, polymers, resins, metals, and other industrial materials. - Investigate material properties such as strength, durability, heat resistance, weight, cost, and manufacturability to identify the most suitable materials for production. - Research and evaluate new materials and technologies for application in new vehicle development projects. - Propose and recommend appropriate materials based on product specifications, technical requirements, and cost considerations. - Collaborate with R&D, design, production, quality assurance, and purchasing teams to support material selection and product development activities. - Perform benchmarking and comparative studies on competing materials and technologies. - Prepare technical reports, research findings, and material evaluation documentation for management and stakeholders. - Communicate with suppliers and external partners to obtain technical information, specifications, samples, and testing data. - Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities related to material performance, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on material engineering topics within the organization.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Material Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Experience in material research, material development, R&D, material analysis, or material selection, with knowledge of manufacturing materials such as plastics, polymers, resins, metals, and other industrial materials. - Conversation middle level of English (For internal communication) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Master/Doctor's degree in Material Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - The person who is from material engineering laboratory.
