R&D Manager @Pathumthani (40K-80K) (SDG-50379)
<Job Responsibilities>
Consider trial production of new technologies and products according to customer requests
Improve while incorporating customer requests based on trial results
Create BOM (Bill Of Materials) for mass production
Procurement of jigs, resin materials, paints, etc. in cooperation with the purchasing department
Select the best mold company according to the product
Improve manufacturing methods and shapes in cooperation with manufacturing and purchasing for mass production
Management develop schedule and project
Other tasks assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male, age 30-50 years old
Bachelor degree
Startup experience from examination of plastic parts to mass production for more than 7 years
Strong knowledge of plastic injection and mold
Management experience for more than 3 years
Conversational level of English
High communication skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Banchang, Muang, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri [Sat: Twice a month])
