<Job Responsibilities> - This position is in charge of management of R&D div in 2 factory - Responsible for project and schedule management - Make product development plan according to client request - Control and make budget planning - Make material research and do costing for material - Advise subordinates staff about technical knowledge related to product, chemical material - Coordinate with Sales team or material supplier about client requirement - Meeting with client for product development plan - Other tasks as assign by management - *need to go to Sinsakhon Factory about 2 times/week <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 40-48 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 8 year R&D experience in Packaging/Film industry or consumer goods industry(food, cosmetic, detergent etc) - Chemical knowledge related to material and coating, printing, film etc - Good command of English skill - Management experience for more than 3 years - Management skill and experience dealing with subordinates <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in Japanese company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Kheha, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 About the Benefits Salary: 45,000–75,000THB About the company Products: Flexible shrink film and flexible packaging Business Type: Rubber / Resin / Plastic;Coating / Ink
